It's been a wild couple of months.
We can't begin to thank our backers enough. Four hundred seven. That's how many amazing folks helped us more than double our funding goal. It's been a week since the Kickstarter campaign ended, and we're still trying to process how inspired and ambitious that makes us feel.
Now comes the fun part. Notebooks are going into production this week. Pencils and stickers are on their way. And shipping plans are in the works. Along with three variations of the Pocket Staple, production will also begin on Supply Kit Edition Notebook 001, which will be distributed to close to 1000 storytellers enrolled in tutoring and writing programs with our partner organizations.
Some folks are already asking about purchasing notebooks and pencils through our site. We will open sales to the public once we receive inventory and begin shipping backer rewards. All signs point to the first week of November. In the meantime, we're also establishing distribution channels and exploring some custom projects.
In other words, we're just getting started.
Thanks to all of you who've helped us so far.
